This connection usually means that the inlet and outlet ends of the valve are processed into taper pipe threads, which are screwed into the threaded joints or pipes of the taper pipe. Sealants can be used because this connection may have large leakage channels. Seal the channel with tape or filler. If the material of valve body can be welded, seal welding can also be carried out after threaded connection. If the material of connecting parts is allowed to be welded, but the expansion coefficient varies greatly, or the operating temperature varies widely, the threaded connecting parts must be sealed.
Threaded valves are mainly those with nominal diameter less than 50mm. If the drift diameter is too large, it is very difficult to install and seal the joint.
In order to facilitate the installation and removal of threaded valves, pipe joints can be used at appropriate positions in the pipeline system. The valve with nominal diameter less than 50mm can use pipe socket as the pipe joint, and the thread of pipe socket will connect the two parts.
General threaded connection is commonly used for imported solenoid valve, imported pressure reducing valve, imported ball valve, imported gas pressure reducing valve and imported internal threaded ball valve.
