However, due to various reasons or the influence of various internal and external factors, it may also leak the sealing surface, so how can we avoid it? This requires us to install the valve correctly:
1. Before installation, it is necessary to confirm whether the performance of the two-way sealed high-temperature butterfly valve is good, whether the interior is clean, and foreign objects are not allowed. If there is foreign matter, it may affect the valve work, or even cause damage to the valve.

2. The high temperature butterfly valve needs to be equipped with a flange during installation, and the flange is recommended to be dedicated to the high temperature butterfly valve.
3. It is recommended to install a pneumatic actuator backup control.
4. Do not install it upside down.
5. Before installation, a pressure test should be performed on the valve to ensure the sealing of the end face.
6. During installation, the two-way sealed high-temperature butterfly valve should not be installed at the low end of the pipeline. If there are special circumstances that need to be installed in the section, a special flange should be equipped.
